Structure & Engineering

Molded polyurethane foam cushion

Designed to evenly distribute body pressure, the seat retains its shape even after long hours of use. It represents a sophisticated balance of comfort, durability, and contemporary style.

ISOFIX mounting system

The separate backrests allow for independent recline adjustment, even when a child seat is installed.

Seat belt mounting point

The seat belt anchorages are integrated into the seat itself, allowing for flexible seat layout configurations.

The seat belts are Type-V dedicated models and are E-mark certified for compliance with international safety standards.

Recliner gear

The AirREVO series employs a robust reclining mechanism engineered for superior durability and ultra-low tolerance, ensuring precise operation with virtually no play.

Backrest return-assist spring

A spiral spring installed next to the reclining gear of the backrest helps reduce the effort required to adjust the angle when transitioning from bed mode.

Seat stopper

The seat base features a new structure designed to prevent it from tilting below the horizontal position.

Seat slide

A newly designed sliding mechanism with 50mm pitch increments.Slide operation levers are positioned on the left side and rear, linked via a wire system for easy access and control.

Multi-action functionality that adapts to a wide range of situations.

DRIVE

In drive mode, the backrest angle can be freely adjusted to match the standard size of a typical wagon seat, allowing you to sit in the optimal posture. The standard headrest provides firm support for your head, reducing strain on your neck (a headrest for the center seat is available as an option). This high-performance seat ensures a comfortable driving experience.

Reverse

In parking mode, the seat transforms into reverse mode, allowing face-to-face seating. In this mode, the seat base extends, letting you stretch your legs and enjoy the comfort of a sofa-like experience. Sit back, relax, and savor a truly special moment of leisure.

Bed

The AirREVO measures 1400mm in width, equivalent to a double-sized bed. By converting two AirREVO seats into bed mode, you can create a spacious sleeping area. Even with a single-seat setup, combining it with a bed mat transforms the interior into a relaxing and luxurious space for ultimate comfort.

Transport

By folding down the AirREVO, your vehicle can transform into a transporter. It provides ample space for storing gear and luggage for private use, while also serving as a practical solution for logistics and delivery operations. With AirREVO, you achieve the ultimate all-in-one vehicle for travel, rest, overnight stays, and transportation.
